We are currently looking for enthusiastic people to be Community Facilitators (see below)

Salary: $35 - $45K + Super + Salary Sacrifice
Work type: Part Time & Full Time

The role of the Community Facilitator is to assist people who have a disability utilise community facilities in their local areas for social, recreational and volunteering options.
The person would work with clients and their families to consider choices, provide skill development training, identify suitable community venues, provide initial support and undertake capacity building activities.
This role requires systematic thinking with an ability to problem solve and generate solutions.
The Community Facilitator must be able to work within a regulatory framework with interests from a range of ACT Government Departments.

We can be flexible with regard to work arrangements considering both part and fulltime applicants.

All applicants are required to have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
